Notice about annual event at the club
The annual general meeting of AFCW PLC will take place on Thursday 8 December 2016 at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
This meeting of the AFCW PLC (the company through which the Dons Trust owns the club) will include a presentation of the accounts for the year ended 30 June, 2016.
At the AGM there will be the normal resolutions including receiving the annual report and accounts of the club.
There will be an opportunity too for shareholders to ask questions about the club.
Shareholders who are unable to attend can vote by proxy form. This form, along with a full agenda and the company’s accounts, can be found at the links below:

The AGM will take place on the same evening as the Dons Trust AGM and will be held at 8.45 pm or after the Dons Trust meeting, whichever is the later.
