Third choice for December relives title success
Number three in our AFC Wimbledon advent calendar goes back to a memorable result in club history as Jon Main’s late goal at Hampton & Richmond effectively sealed title glory.
Main’s late goal in April 2009 earned a 1-1 draw to spark joyful scenes among the travelling Dons support as it meant that the Conference South title was all but mathematically secured.
