The annual general meeting of AFCW PLC will take place on Wednesday, 10 December, 2014, at The Cherry Red Records Stadium.
This annual meeting of the AFCW PLC (the company through which the Dons Trust owns the club) will include a presentation of the accounts for the year ended 30 June, 2014 and an opportunity to ask questions about the club.
Shareholders who are unable to attend can vote by proxy form. This form, along with a full agenda and the company’s accounts, can be found by visiting our section on the official website by visiting http://www.afcwimbledon.co.uk/fans/afcw-plc-agm/ .
Letters and e-mails with all of this information will be sent out on Monday.
The AGM will take place on the same evening as the Dons Trust AGM and will be held at 8.30 pm or after the Dons Trust meeting, whichever is the later.
