Meeting will take place in three weeks
The annual general meeting of AFCW PLC will take place on Thursday 17 December 2015 at the Trinity Reformed Church in Wimbledon.
This meeting of the AFCW PLC (the company through which the Dons Trust owns the club) will include a presentation of the accounts for the year ended 30 June, 2015.
Also at the AGM there will be resolutions to approve the sale of the Cherry Red Records Stadium, including authorising the board to raise up to £7 million to assist in the acquisition and construction of a new stadium and to grant a charge against that stadium as security for the borrowing.
There will be an opportunity too for members to ask questions about the club.

The AGM will take place on the same evening as the Dons Trust AGM and will be held at 8.30 pm or after the Dons Trust meeting, whichever is the later.
