Wimbledon hero to appear in club charity match
The club’s end of season charity match will feature a host of Dons heroes from days gone by and we are delighted to announce five more players for the Wimbledon FC team.
Jason Euell, Chris Perry, Alan Reeves, Duncan Jupp and Scott Fitzgerald will line-up for Wimbledon FC against an AFC Wimbledon side put together by current first-team coach Simon Bassey in what promises to be an entertaining match at the Cherry Red Records Stadium on Sunday, 4 May.
Jason, who played for Wimbledon FC between 1995 and 2001, also had a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon in 2012. Jason is pictured above (centre) with Neal Ardley (right) and Marcus Gayle (left) at a match during AFC Wimbledon’s early days after the club’s rebirth.
Neal Ardley, who played alongside Jason, has pledged to appear for both sides to outline his representation in Wimbledon history.
