Positive bulletin on defender's progress
Neal Ardley today confirmed that Andy Frampton is back in light training after four weeks out with a broken ankle.
Frampton (pictured) has made good progress from the injury that he suffered during a pre-season training camp in Spain and Neal Ardley hopes that the experienced defender could be back in two weeks.
Speaking during an interview for Dons Player, Neal Ardley said: “Andy is where he should be and he’s relatively pain-free. Both Jack Smith and Andy are doing straight-line running now. If we can get them both back in the next two or three weeks then we will have two more players with quality in contention and I will be a happy man.”
