Tickets left for tomorrow's match

The Dons will be aiming to make it two successive home wins when Newport County AFC visit tomorrow and tickets are still left for this match.

Captain Alan Bennett will be presented to the crowd at half-time with supporters offered an opportunity to bid farewell to a player who played a vital part in keeping Wimbledon in the Football League.

Our match day programme focuses on the future though with academy product Will Nightingale interviewed as part of his elevation to the first-team squad.

Tickets

Advance tickets can be purchased in advance up until 11.00 am tomorrow morning and they can be collected from the white booth in Jack Goodchild Way.Newport ticketsWe have terrace and seat tickets available at the time of writing. Only the Paul Strank Stand is currently sold out. Seat tickets are still remaining in the Nongshim Stand, along with terrace tickets in the Chemflow End and Your Golf Travel terrace. Click on 

Bars

These will be open from 12 noon with supporters invited to get here early and watch the Tottenham Hotspur versus Arsenal match (12.45 pm kick-off) on TV screens. The Everton v Liverpool derby match will also be shown at 5.30 pm in the bars for those who wish to make a day of it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome Newport supporters into the bar areas on this occasion.

As ever, we will have a fine selection of ales on offer at the bars. PLA and Butcombe’s Brunel Atlantic will be served in the middle bar with Hogsback’s Surrey Nirvana in the back bar.

Programme

Nineteen-year-old defender Will Nightingale is the subject of our first-team player interview. The academy product joined when he was just eight years of age and he talks passionately about his rise through the ranks and helping to move the club forward.

Academy Manager Jeremy Sauer talks about guiding more rising talents to potentially follow in Will’s footsteps as part of a “home-grown and hungry” feature.

Man of the Match presentation

This will take place in the middle bar shortly after the game has finished with Ivor Heller interviewing a player or two.
