Dons mascot and club physio get soakings
Haydon the Womble threw down the gauntlet to Peterborough United’s mascot Peter Burrow to take up the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge before getting a soaking at half-time of yesterday’s Hartlepool match.
It was the Wimbledon mascot’s turn to take on the challenge that has caught the nation’s imagination and he nominated his rabbit friend from Peterborough, along with Foxy (London Youth Games mascot) and Stokie the Dragon (Basingstoke Town mascot).
