Important: new stadium

Good feedback since appeal was launched last week

The next stage in our campaign for a new stadium back in Plough Lane has been very successful since its launch last week.

  from Chief Executive Erik Samuelson requested Wimbledon fans and members of the public to send e-mails to mayoral candidates Sadiq Khan and Zac Goldsmith in support of our application.appealAn 

The club would like to thank football fans from across London (in particular Arsenal supporters who have been very active) who have sent supportive e-mails.

We welcome continuing support as part of the campaign for a return to our spiritual home. Please note that we have received notification of a more suitable e-mail address for Sadiq Khan.

 This is different to previously stated and is as follows: London@labour.org.uk . The e-mail address for Zac Goldsmith is as follows:zac@backzac2016.com

Simply say in your e-mail "Please support AFC Wimbledon’s plans for a new stadium in Plough Lane" and make sure you include your name and address.

Our campaign was launched after a decision by the current Mayor of London to “call-in” our application after it was initially approved by Merton Council in December.
