Training camp to be held in the UK
After discussions with Your Golf Travel, the club’s pre-season trip to La Manga has unfortunately had to be cancelled.
The club was to pay for the squad’s travel expenses. Costs of the four day trip were to be met by the club’s sponsors, Your Golf Travel, funded in part from the proceeds of holidays bought by fans accompanying the team to the luxury Spanish golf resort.
As a result of low take up of the La Manga trip from supporters and substantially more expensive flights than in 2015 we have jointly agreed to move the pre-season tour to a UK venue. The training camp will now be held in the UK, within a couple of hours drive from Kingsmeadow. Full details will be announced shortly.
