Jake Nicholson joins AFC Wimbledon
Wimbledon today signed former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jake Nicholson after he impressed during a trial spell with the club.
The 21-year-old, who is a former England Under-19 international, has been playing for Wimbledon’s development team during the past two weeks after his release by Scottish Championship club Greenock Morton. The Dons therefore had to get international clearance from the Scottish FA to complete Jake's signing.
Jake left Spurs last summer and he was previously at the West Ham Academy.
