Apology from our service providers
Dons Player service providers Perform Group have issued an apology to supporters after users experienced difficulties accessing match commentary of the Fleetwood Town match on Saturday.
The service ran a lot smoother for Tuesday night’s match at home to Bristol Rovers and it is expected to be back to normal for our WDON team (pictured) to bring you live coverage of Saturday’s match against League 2 leaders Gillingham.
However, Perform Group have issued the following statement regarding Saturday’s problems.
“We would like to apologise to supporters who experienced service disruptions to Player on Saturday, 20th October. We have identified that there was a firewall issue and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.
“We pride ourselves in the service we provide Football League interactive clubs and take any issues like this extremely seriously. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.We are now confident that the issue has been resolved but we will closely monitor the sites.”
