Our home match against Rochdale tomorrow will be a big day for the club with the new North Stand opening and supporters can also take advantage of drinks promotions in the build-up to the game.
Below is a summary of the match arrangements:
The new North Stand
After formally receiving the safety certificate today we will be opening the new all seated North Stand tomorrow for the first time. Ticket holders for this stand should enter through the new turnstiles (9 & 10) located in Jack Goodchild Way. We expect to have some tickets remaining for sale in this stand and supporters who wish to purchase them on the day can do so as they go through the turnstiles. There are refreshment booths and toilets once inside.
Availability of other home areas
This game is not all-ticket and we currently have availability for all other stands, including a small number in the Tempest End. If you wish to book tickets online and collect them when you get to the stadium you can still do this through our online ticket shop up until 11.00 am tomorrow. Paul Strank Seats will be sold from the booth in the foyer of the stand, East Terrace and any remaining Tempest End tickets can be purchased from turnstiles 4, 5 and 6.
Tickets purchased online or received through our Community Football Scheme can be collected from the booth in Jack Goodchild Way. If you need to collect complimentary tickets or upgrade your season ticket you can do so at the window located next to the players’ entrance.
If you have tickets for the Paul Strank Stand you can gain entry to the ground either through Turnstile 1 or via the lobby.
Rochdale fans should enter the stadium via the access road which is located about 100 yards east of Jack Goodchild Way and will be signposted. Tickets will be available on the away turnstiles for both seated and standing areas.
Visiting fans are welcome in the bars, which will open at 12.00 pm. There is a special offer available with Carlsberg and Tetley’s priced at just £1.99 before 2.00pm.
As usual, parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis.Parking is availablein local streets, but please be considerate when doing so.
Proof of eligibility for reduced price tickets
Fans are reminded that you may be asked to prove your entitlement to a concession or under 16 ticket - if you can't do this, you will be charged full price for admission. It is important that the evidence you provide clearly relates to you and, for example for student cards, is current.
As usual, the programme is £3 for 68 pages. This week's programme includes Matt Everard looking back at the infamous Herne Bay away match from 2003, an interview with Louis Harris, an update on the promising Under 18 side and the usual popular articles by Terry Brown and Erik Samuelson.
Tickets for this game are being sold from Turnstiles 1 and 2 after tomorrow’s game.
