Australia-based Don met Neal
Wimbledon had good support for the long trip to Carlisle United, but it’s unlikely anyone travelled as far to watch the Dons on that day as Sharon Mathews.
Sharon, who lives in Sydney, Australia, watched Wimbledon’s thrilling 4-4 draw at Carlisle United and had the bonus of meeting Neal Ardley afterwards.
She said: “He's a great bloke and I hope that the boys can get me some more points when I plan to attend the Newport County away game on Saturday, 27 September.”
