Selling arrangements for Sky Bet League 2 play-off final

Following our win last night at Accrington Stanley, we will face Plymouth Argyle in the play-off final on Monday 30 May, kick off 3.00 pm.

TICKET ALLOCATION

We understand that if we sell all of these tickets more will be made available. We have been allocated an initial 21,408 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium.

PRICES

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into six sections with prices for adults, supporters aged 65 and over and for children aged 16 and under.

16 and under - £30  65 and over,  adults - £60; Category 1:

16 and under - £24  65 and over,  adults - £48; Category 2:

16 and under - £22  65 and over,  adults - £44; Category 3:

16 and under - £19  65 and over,  adults - £38; Category 4:

16 and under - £16  65 and over,  adults - £32; Category 5:

16 and under - £13  65 and over,  adults - £26; Category 6:

The price categories will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Because of the numbers of tickets to be sold in such a short time, the club has appointed Ticketmaster to sell and distribute play-off final tickets.

Please note that we will not be selling tickets from the office for this match.

PRIORITY SALES

Thereafter, tickets will be put on general sale. Although we expect to be able to meet demand comfortably, season ticket holders for 2015-16 and Dons Trust members are being given priority until noon on Friday 20 May, so as to give them the first choice of where to sit.

 From 1.00 pm on Thursday 19 May to noon on Friday 20 May

All season-ticket holders for season 2015-16, and •

  •  Members and Junior Members of the Dons Trust will be given priority.

For guidance on how to do this, please see our ST holders and DT members may buy up to nine tickets each but you may buy a ‘parcel’ of up to 20 tickets provided that you enter the registration details of two other fans (to buy 18 tickets, you need only enter the details of one other fan). .e-ticket guide 

To buy priority tickets you must first register with Ticketmaster and then at the time of booking you will require:

Your ST book number**, or •

Your DT Membership Number** at the time of booking. •

Please leave a message and your phone number if you can’t get through.  Thereafter you will not need these numbers to buy tickets.  If you do not know your ST book number for season 2015-16 or your DT membership number, please phone the club’s offices on 020 8547 3528 between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm on Thursday 19 May and between 9.30 am and noon on Friday 20 May. **

GENERAL SALE 

From noon on Friday 20 May until 2.00 pm on Wednesday 25 May tickets will be available on general sale.

Any ST holders and DT members who apply after that time will not need to input any details of membership numbers etc.

 At this stage, all fans may buy up to nine tickets each and in the same way as explained above.

TICKET EXCHANGE

Once your tickets have been despatched, Ticketmaster will not exchange them under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT OTHER INFORMATION

Family Area: Wembley Stadium has designated 1,700 seats in Blocks 137-140 in the West side of the Stadium as a Family Area. Tickets in this area are available only to fans that are purchasing 16-and-under tickets. Each child may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults; each adult may bring up to four children.

If you can’t get tickets in those blocks and want to join in with the singing we recommend buying in blocks 130, 131 and 132. Singing Area: Wembley Stadium has designated seats in Blocks 133, 134 and 135 in the West side of the Stadium as a designated singing section.

Booking Fees: There is a £2.40 booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.

Postage: £2.40 for first class post per booking. Please note that all tickets will be posted by Ticketmaster, and there will be no collections.

16 Years And Under: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies: Babes in arms under the age of six months only will be permitted into the stadium without possession of a match ticket.

Ticketmaster opening times: Ticketmaster are open 24 hours a day online and at the advertised times over the phone.

Crowd flags and musical instruments:

Fans do not need permission to take flags into the stadium so long as the flag:

Is smaller than 250 cm at the widest or longest point •

the pole is made from plastic or wood only and is no longer than 1 meter in length and 1cm in diameter  Does not have an attached pole OR •

There is no advertising on the flag or defamatory or abusive language •

Given the wide range of public transport, the club is not operating coaches to Wembley. Coach travel:

No resale of tickets: It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell a ticket for a designated football match or otherwise to dispose of such a ticket to another person.

Disabled tickets: There are a number of Wheelchair and Personal Assistant, and Disability and Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold direct from the AFC Wimbledon ticket office, NOT from Ticketmaster. Football League regulations apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.

Corporate clients: Our Commercial Department will retain an allocation of tickets for existing partners to purchase. There will also be a limited number of hospitality packages available in Club Wembley. Interested parties should contact the club on 020 8547 3336.
