Fast and tenacious winger signed from Portsmouth in July 2015.
Andy came through the Tottenham Hotspur youth ranks and signed professional forms in 2005, but though he enjoyed success with the Spurs reserves he failed to break into the first team.
A long loan at Leyton Orient was followed by a move to Gillingham, initially on loan, and he remained with the Gills until 2011, scoring 23 times in 116 appearances. Andy then spent a season with Scunthorpe United, where he was top scorer. He joined Portsmouth in May 2013, after the Iron’s relegation to League Two, after Neal Ardley missed out on signing him for the Dons. Andy represented England three times at Under-16 level.
After Neal Ardley finally got his man in 2015, Andy started the season in superb fashion for his new club and he ended it as a vital member of the promotion-winning squad at Wembley.
