New Year's Day with The Dons: Terrace tickets available

Buy online or in advance for home match

31 December 2019

AFC Wimbledon will be aiming to get back to winning ways against Southend United on Wednesday and terrace tickets are available to cheer on The Dons in our first match of 2020.

Glyn’s boys have an opportunity to pull further clear of the League One drop zone by earning maximum points and your support will be appreciated as Wimbledon seek to start another unbeaten home run.

Ticket details and other match arrangements are summed up below:

Tickets

All seat tickets and the Chemflow terrace are sold out for this game. However, we do still have terrace tickets available for the Ry terrace (just £17 for adults). You can buy now from our online ticket shop until 11.00 am on Wednesday morning. Collections can be made pre-match from the white booth in Jack Goodchild Way.

ST returns

Please let us know if you are an ST holder not planning to attend this game. It will enable us to make your ticket available to get more support for The Dons. E-mail info@afcwimbledon.co.uk or leave a message on the club answer machine (020 8547 3528).

Programme

Your first 2020 match day programme includes plenty of news, features, and interviews about our club. There’s an extensive interview with our Goalkeeper Coach Bayzo, who talks about his eventful seven years at Wimbledon. Eighteen-year-old midfielder Jack Rudoni is also interviewed after an encouraging few weeks for him that has included making his full league debut.

Bars

Wimbledon supporters can get here in plenty of time and enjoy a drink or two pre-match as the bars will be open from 12 noon. There will be a wide selection of drinks available with all the usual lagers served. Real ales available in the bars will be as follows:

Your Golf Travel Bar

  • Plough Lane
  • SW19 Ale
  • Wimbledon XK

Back Bar

  • Plough Lane Ale
  • Copper Leaf Ale
  • Wimbledon XK

Supporters can watch the lunchtime match between Brighton and Chelsea on TV screens in the bars and the Manchester City versus Everton game (5.30 pm kick-off) later on. We will be pleased to welcome Southend United supporters into the bar areas before the game.

Get your match day treats!

Following its successful launch, young Dons supporters George Bond and Joe Tynan will once again be opening up a sweet stall for Wednesday’s game. It will be open from 1.00 pm until close to kick-off, based close to the back bar/entrance to the Chemflow terrace. We expect demand to be high, so don’t leave it too late to get your match day treats! Funds will be donated towards the club.

Tickets for away matches

Wimbledon supporters have an opportunity on Sunday to buy tickets for the away games at Portsmouth (11 January) and Accrington Stanley (2 February). You can buy pre-match from the complimentary tickets window. Places on the supporters’ coach can also be booked.

Dons Trust stall

Supporters are welcome to find out more about the DT at an important time for the club by popping into the stall before the game.
