When we lost our football club, we needed to start again. We dared to dream about what a football club could be. And dream, we did. We built this club differently. A club like no other. A fan-powered football fairy-tale.
We own our own club.
Year on year, we share a responsibility to keep this thing going. Because this is what we’ve built.
When we needed somewhere to play, we clubbed together to buy Kingsmeadow. When we finally came home to Plough Lane, you dug deep. And then it flooded. You came again.
Of course you did. We are Wimbledon: it’s what we do.
So here we are again - ahead of next season, asking you to Come Together.
Owning a football club, and doing what we do, is a privilege. But it comes at a cost.
