We wish to inform supporters that there are only limited places remaining for this Saturday’s pre-match carvery, which will be attended by Olympic gold medal winner Sophie Hosking.
We expect the last remaining places to be snapped up so supporters should book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Sophie, who earned Olympic 2012 glory after teaming up with Katherine Copeland in the Women’s Lightweight Double Sculls rowing final, will be back at the Cherry Red Records Stadium this Saturday as the club’s special guest for our home match against Dagenham & Redbridge.
Sophie, who played for Wimbledon Ladies FC as a teenager, will also take part in our man of the match celebrations (5.30pm approximately in the middle bar). The former Wimbledon Ladies FC player, who even painted her fingernails blue and yellow in the final at Eton Dorney, will be presented to the crowd at half-time.
