Louis Harris interview

3 August 2012

From Wolves to Wimbledon

Having swapped Wolverhampton Wanderers for AFC Wimbledon, it has been a big summer of change for our new midfielder Louis Harris.

The 19-year-old told WDON commentator Rob Cornell that he's settling in well after his move down south. And Louis says Wimbledon's style of football will help him do the business on the pitch when the real action starts at Stevenage in 11 days.

"I have moved away from my family and a long way from home, but I have settled in well," he said. "There has not been much change on the footballing side of things. We played good football in the reserves at Wolves, but it is just a big step for me in moving up to men's senior football. All the new players need to get to know each other's games better, but hopefully after the next two pre-season matches we will be ready and can hit the ground running against Stevenage."
