The build-up to Simon Bassey's special day gathers pace tonight when our first-team coach features on BBC Radio London.
Bass will be interviewed on the radio station's Thursday Night Sports Show about his testimonial on Saturday, which is a full day of celebrations in tribute to the man who started at AFC Wimbledon as a player in 2002. The BBC Radio London programme runs from 7.00pm until 10.00pm. Simon is expected to feature between 9.00pm and 10.00pm on the show, which AFC Wimbledon supporters can listen to on 94.9 FM.
AFC Wimbledon wish to confirm that Simon's exhibition match, featuring Wimbledon heroes and supporters, will start at 12.45pm on Saturday, followed by our first-team against a West Ham XI at 3.00pm.
