An update for tonight's AGM
The Dons Trust Board wishes to announce that resolution 10 has been withdrawn from tonight’s AGM at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Following the DTB meeting on Monday evening and subsequent announcement on the Dons Trust website, there was a further analysis of the constitution and related information.
The Dons Trust has therefore been advised by the secretary that resolution 10 should be withdrawn from the AGM.
In its place, the Dons Trust Board still wishes to have a debate on the issue of what can we do to raise new funds and help us be competitive as a league club, while remaining a fans-owned club.
The remaining items on the agenda remain unchanged.
The Dons Trust Board look forward to seeing as many of the members as possible at the meeting, beginning at 7.30pm in the back bar at the Cherry Red Records Stadium. The AFCW plc AGM also takes place at the same venue after the conclusion of the Dons Trust AGM.
