Last chance to play with Wimbledon heroes
AFC Wimbledon supporters have until tomorrow night to get their bids in for Saturday's historic exhibition match.
Simon Bassey has 15 Wimbledon heroes, including himself, pencilled in for the match with Elliott Godfrey having been added to the mix. Supporters have until 11.59pm tomorrow night to bid for a place to play alongside them in an exhibition match that will mark Simon's testimonial. That will be held before AFC Wimbledon versus a West Ham XI in a whole day of celebrations, which will also mark 10 years of the club.
Simon plans to use roll-on, roll-off substitutes, so that everyone gets a piece of the action. As well as featuring in the match, supporters get to keep the actual commemorative white strip that our players wore against Bristol Rovers in AFC Wimbledon's Football League debut.
