Update from 11 July meeting
The Dons Trust Board held its monthly meeting on Wednesday 11 July.
The meeting started with a report back from James Mathie of Supporters Direct who provided some feedback on the recent consultation meetings concerning funding of the stadium improvements / development and in particular the use of the Community Shares option.
There then followed the monthly report from the football club board included a new reporting proposal, approval of the revised budget, an update on the status of discussions on the new stadium and the operation of Kingsmeadow Live.
Following this a number of other items were considered including a paper on a Volunteer Register, feedback from the Community Working Group and planning arrangements for the SGM and AGM.
