Information for supporters travelling by coach
Supporters travelling to Sunday’s FA Cup tie at Milton Keynes by coach from the club can view a summary of travel arrangements below.
· Please park considerately as other fans will also need to use the car park when they come to watch the game on TV. The Safety Officer and stewards will be available to assist. The car park will be available at The Cherry Red Records Stadium if you need to leave your car there.
·The Back Bar will be open at 8.00 am to allow fans to use the toilet facilities and keep warm while they wait for the coaches.
·There will be a burger trailer situated in the car park to purchase hot drinks and food from 8.00 am.
·There will be 10 supporters’ coaches leaving the ground at 9.00 am. Each coach will be numbered and you must return on the same coach, so please make a note of your coach number. This will also apply to the three coaches leaving from the Grove. There are no tickets for the coach. The coaches will leave promptly after the game.
·To ensure the coaches leave on time from the ground and the Grove, fans will not be given a specific coach. Instead please get on the first coach available ensuring that if you are in a big party and want to sit with your friends you all get on together at the same time.
· be stopping at any service station en route to Milton Keynes . The coaches will be met by police shortly after leaving the M1 and, once all the coaches are congregated together, they will be escorted to the ground.WILL NOTPlease note that the coaches
· must be taken on board the coach. If the coach is searched by the Police and alcohol is found on board it is likely the whole coach will be sent back to the club.NO ALCOHOLPlease also remember that
·The bars will still be open for fans when they return to the Cherry Red Records Stadium on the coaches which are expected back at about 4.30 pm.
Those supporters wishing to take advantage of our Betfair offer (announced on the official website earlier today) to refund the price of a match ticket to this fixture should note that they can do this on Sunday from 8.00 am at the club.
To claim their refund, fans can hand in their match ticket along with completed form (available from the Cherry Red Records Ticket Office) to the Betfair Amnesty Box located in the ground.
We wish to point out that the offices will not be open tomorrow, but supporters can post their name, address and contact details under the door at the stadium, along with their match ticket, and we will process the application.
