High demand for Saturday's line-up
Wimbledon’s important match against Fleetwood Town is not the only event at the club to sell-out this weekend with Kingsmeadow Live’s Saturday entertainment having also pulled in the punters.
The Lovers Rock Special, featuring Janet Kay and Carroll Thompson, is now sold out, bringing a successful end to a packed April of music events at the club.
Janet and Carroll are renowned flag bearers of Lovers Rock, a style of reggae music that rose to prominence in the 1970s and 1980s, and their presence at Kingsmeadow Live on Saturday has clearly caught the imagination.
