Wimbledon's mascot and manager at community event
Young Dons supporters can enjoy an extra special Bank Holiday on Monday, 26 August, by meeting Haydon the Womble and first-team manager Neal Ardley at a community event for children.
Neal will on hand to sign autographs and pose for photographs as part of the club’s presence at Kidsfest, an annual event staged at Merton Abbey Mills. Haydon (pictured above) will also be making a special appearance from 12 noon at the event (which runs from 11.00 am until 5.00 pm.
AFC Wimbledon’s award-winning Community Football Scheme (CFS) will be running its inflatable shoot-out, which will offer a chance to win fantastic prizes.
AFC Wimbledon are delighted to be involved with such a family-orientated event, which provides a wide variety of activities and workshops for children – all completely free of charge.
