Midfielder fronts up after disappointing defeat

The experienced midfielder admitted that his side fell well below the standards they had set so far this season and that the players will be working hard to bounce back with two home games coming up.
, Sweeney said: “Exeter are a good side, but we were not at our best. If we had played like we did last week (against Wycombe) it might have been a totally different story. There is so much more that we could have done. We started the game poorly; we did not match them physically and the work-rate was not up to the standards that we have set for ourselves lately.
