Get behind our classic event on Sunday
We urgently need volunteers to help make the club’s Vintage Day a success this Sunday.
We have only had one volunteer come forward so far and need more assistance to help the club stage the event.Volunteers are required to give up as much time as they can to help supervise the classic cars on show or act as door stewards for the all-day event, which runs from 11.00 am until 7.30 pm.
or contact 020 8247 9918. Volunteers will get a free lunch from Claire’s Diner on the day.Vintage DayIf you can provide support for us, then please e-mail our commercial team by clicking on
300 people attended to browse through the vintage clothes, housewares and stalls in the room hosting the vintage market. There will again be a bustling market to browse around. Sunday’s event – A Rockin’ Good Vintage Alldayer II – aims to build on the success of what was achieved in October when over
by Ginger & Greene before you are photographed by Dress Me Up & Shoot Me photographer Steve. Claire’s Diner will be providing all the food you would expect of a 50’s style diner at very reasonable prices too. The music on offer will also be a throwback to the golden days of years gone by with rocking tunes from our DJs Miss Aloha & Reverend Boogie (Hula Boogie). JG & the Ultimates will perform two sets during the afternoon too. There is also a chance to gain that classic look for the day with hair and make-up expertly provided
Classic cars, bikes and Scooters will be on show in the car park and Vivien of Holloway’s girls will be attending to add that little touch of glamour to the proceedings during the day. For those who haven’t already got the moves, Miss Aloha will be holding jive classes on the big wooden dancefloor.
