An extra edge for return of our event
Supporters now have an extra incentive to sign up to Saturday’s AFC Wimbledon Poker Championship with a special prize on offer for beating Pim Balkestein.
The Dutch defender (pictured) is one of three first-team players to enter the competition at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, along with Curtis Osano and Kieran Djilali, and former Wimbledon midfielder James Mulley will also take part.
There will be prizes for all on the final table, along with an additional accolade for knocking Pim out of the competition, which will be sponsored by Bet Butler, the Football League’s official betting partner.

Doors open at 7.00pm with the event starting at 7.30 pm. If are a novice who wishes to take advantage of our introductory poker lesson then that starts at 7.00 pm.
