Successful CFS requires qualified coaches

If you’re a qualified football coach who thrives on helping children to improve their skills, then AFC Wimbledon’s Community Football Scheme could be for you.

The club’s CFS, which won a Football League award last season for the high standard of its coaching programme, is seeking to recruit football coaches for paid work in and around Wimbledon.

Candidates will need to be available from Monday – Friday (3.00 pm–5 .00 pm) and on Saturdays (9. 30 am–12.00 noon). These are essential requirements and we recommend that you do not apply if you are not available during these times.

Potential recruits must be enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable with excellent communication skills and previous experience of coaching children between the ages of 4 -14 years old.

Candidates will need to have a minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification as well as up to date Safeguarding Children and Emergency Aid certificates. In addition, a clean CRB must be obtained as well as satisfactory references as part of the recruitment process. A driving license and access to a car would be highly desirable but is not a necessity.

. Alternatively, you can post your details through to us at the following address: AFC Wimbledon Community Football Scheme, The Cherry Red Records Stadium, Jack Goodchild Way, 422A Kingston Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 3PB.coaching vacancies To apply, please e-mail us a copy of your CV and a letter to us by clicking on
