It may be a first trip to Italy for some squad members but there won’t be a great deal of time for sightseeing with double training sessions planned in the search for peak fitness ahead of Wimbledon’s League 2 opener at Torquay United on Saturday, August 3.

We will be living in each other’s pockets for a week in a sense and hopefully we will develop team spirit and camaraderie. Dons supporters making the trip to Monza can watch Neal Ardley and the players in an open training session on Friday evening, starting at 5.30 pm local time. This will take place at the following address: The Monzello Training Ground, Via Ragazzi, del 99, 14 - Monza.
Saturday’s match against AC Monza Brianza is a 6.30 pm kick-off local time.
