Southend making good progress in clearing snow
Southend United are making every effort to ensure that tonight’s match against Wimbledon goes ahead with their supporters helping to clear snow off the pitch at Roots Hall.
Good progress is now being made as the above picture shows.Snow on the pitch and areas surrounding the club have put the match in doubt, but Southend supporters have been given the incentive of a free match ticket if they help to get the game on.
