Vacancy for a volunteer to provide assistance
The club is looking for a volunteer webmaster to help maintain the Official Site (OS), which is supplied by Football League interactive (FLi).
This role will include monitoring the site and reacting to any issues as well as producing pages to support the various sections and activities of the club.
It is likely to entail a few hours of work per week and requires knowledge of web technologies and protocols. It might suit an IT or Computer Studies student wishing to enhance their CV.

Job Description
-Gaining an in-depth understanding of the FLi CMS and being able to use it both to assist in day-to-day maintenance of the OS and for designing new pages to meet the requirements of various areas of the club.
-Acting as first point of contact for technical issues, queries and suggestions regarding the OS.
etc. - and then ensuring adherence. -Assisting in the development of a style guide for the OS - consistent use of fonts, text size
-Assisting in the development of a robust article and image management system and then ensuring adherence.
-Reasonable availability to deal with issues that arise on the OS.
-Setting up good relationships with the staff at FLi, Perform Group and any other organisations involved in the operation of the OS.
-Establishing relationships with equivalent staff at other clubs using the FLi sites in order to swap useful hints and help formulate enhancement requests.
