Dons support a good cause

Players and staff recognise "Know the Score" campaign

Wimbledon players will be supporting an important cause at today’s match against Newport County AFC by wearing “Know the Score” T-shirts during their pre-match warm-ups.

Supported by the Professional Footballer’s Association (PFA), the campaign aims to raise awareness of bowel cancer.

As part of this, Dons players, Haydon the Womble (pictured above portraying the message) and bar staff will be wearing the T-shirts at today’s game. Club staff will also be wearing ‘Star of Hope’ badges in support of the campaign.
