Demand expected to be high for Bank Holiday clash
The Dons entertain Newport County for the first time since August, 2010, on Good Friday and tickets are now on sale for this match.
Bank Holiday fixtures are always incredibly popular at the Cherry Red Records Stadium and we expect this match on 18 April to be no different.
This is particularly important for fans planning to watch the match from the Paul Strank and Nongshim Stand because we expect to sell-out well in advance for these areas. Though this game is not currently designated as all-ticket, we recommend that supporters book in advance if they are planning to come.
The score when the two sides last met at The Cherry Red Records Stadium was 2-2 on 30 August, 2010. Danny Kedwell and Christian Jolley (pictured celebrating his goal) netted for the Dons and the latter former Wimbledon forward is likely to make his first return since leaving the club in January, 2013.
