Update on tonight's scheduled match
We have been informed by Newport County that there will be a pitch inspection at 12.30 pm at Rodney Parade.
There was heavy rain in South Wales overnight, but club officials and volunteers at Newport have worked hard to beat the elements by putting pitch covers down.
We will update the official website and our Twitter account as soon as we hear any news about whether or not Newport versus Wimbledon will go ahead.
