Defender joins Sutton United for a month
Dons defender Rhys Weston has been loaned out to Conference South club Sutton United with the aim of increasing his first-team match sharpness.
Weston, who has not featured since late October, will join Sutton on a one-month loan deal and he will be eligible for their league match at Dover Athletic tomorrow night.
The former Cardiff City man, who can play centre-back or right back, has made eight appearances for AFC Wimbledon this season since signing in the summer.
All at AFC Wimbledon wish Rhys Weston well in his loan spell at Sutton, a club currently vying for promotion to the Conference National under the guidance of manager Paul Doswell.
