Northampton match brought forward 24 hours
The club can confirm a fixture change for season 2014/15 with AFC Wimbledon’s match at home to Northampton Town now due to take place on Friday, 3 April, 2015.
The match at the Cherry Red Records Stadium was originally scheduled for Saturday, 4 April, but both clubs have agreed to bring the fixture forward 24 hours to Good Friday (3.00 pm kick-off).
This change is subject to Football League approval. The match against Northampton Town will offer new signing Adebayo Akinfenwa (pictured taking on the Dons previously) a chance to take on his former club.
