Young Dons take on Brentford at the club tomorrow
AFC Wimbledon Under-18s will be aiming to extend their unbeaten record tomorrow night when they take on Brentford at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
The match (7.30 pm kick-off) will feature George Oakley (pictured), who scored five goals against Milton Keynes recently, and he will be one of the Under-18s using the game as preparation for Tuesday’s London Senior Cup Final.
Oakley has banged in over 20 goals playing for the Under-18s and Under-21s this season and there will be plenty of young footballing talent on show tomorrow as part of a full day of games for the Dons academy.
The academy’s younger teams (Under-9s up to Under-16s) will play teams from Crystal Palace, before Mark Robinson’s face Brentford.
Entry is FREE for all and if you’re not travelling to Accrington Stanley to watch the first-team then there’s plenty of incentive to get down to the club.
