First AFC Wimbledon skipper returns for charity game

AFC Wimbledon’s first captain Joe Sheerin is the latest Dons hero to confirm that he will appear in Sunday’s charity match.

Joe Sheerin (pictured right in the above photograph with Matt Everard and the Combined Counties Premier League trophy) will join his former team-mate and a host of Wimbledon favourites at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

Tickets for this match (3.00 pm kick-off) will be priced at £10 for Adults with a £1 donation for U18s.

The AFC Wimbledon squad, which will be managed by Dave Anderson, is as follows: Ben Judge, Rob Ursell, Jason Goodliffe, Ryan Gray, Luke Garrard, Rob Quinn, Steve Ferguson, Jon Main, Danny Kedwell, Jamie Stuart, Gareth Gwillim, Matt Everard, Tony Finn.

The Wimbledon squad so far is as follows: Damian Francis, Andy Clarke, Chris Perry, Alan Reeves, Duncan Jupp, Scott Fiztgerald. Neal Ardley will play for both sides on the day.
