We recently asked for your photographs of the season via Facebook and Twitter and a selection of these are posted in the gallery above.
The picture above features Dave Chan, Michael Fisher and Matthew Breach (left to right) after they completed the seventh staging of Walk Further for Wimbledon, which finished at Accrington Stanley’s Crown Ground. The 30-mile walk started at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium and raised funds for the AFC Wimbledon Charitable Foundation and individual charities of those who participated.
Also featured in our gallery is a photograph sent in by @steviedon of his son Charlie at Anfield with a picture of the FA Cup and Jamie Carragher. The visit to Liverpool FC broke up the long trip to Accrington Stanley last week for the pair. A picture sent in by Iordanis Koulourizos once again highlighted AFC Wimbledon’s worldwide appeal as he came all the way from Greece to watch the Dons at a home match.
