A nationwide campaign run by Supporters Direct
AFC Wimbledon players will be wearing T-shirts before Saturday’s game against Wycombe Wanderers to show the club’s backing for Supporter Ownership Week.
A week of celebrating all that is good about fans owned clubs has been organised by Supporters Direct (SD) and it concludes on the day when Wimbledon host promotion-chasers Wycombe.
As part of this, players will be wearing T-shirts with the message "Supporters Ownership Week" during the pre-match warm-up.

During this week there will also be a series of other events across the country and online, including:
* ‘Unsung Heroes’ will celebrate the work of volunteers at supporter owned clubs. Clubs will be asked to nominate a volunteer at their club who they think deserves special recognition, to showcase to the public those people that make supporter ownership just that little bit special.
