Get behind the Dons against Stevenage
Chief Executive Erik Samuelson has called for Wimbledon supporters to come and celebrate last night’s fantastic news by getting behind the Dons against Stevenage tomorrow.
Our picture above shows Dons fans celebrating at Merton Civic Centre last night after the decision of planning officers to grant permission for a new stadium back in Plough Lane.
“After last night’s decision and the joyful scenes that followed, it would be wonderful if we could recreate that party atmosphere at the game tomorrow,” said Erik. “It would be great if our fans could join us at the Cherry Red Records Stadium and continue the feel-good factor by getting behind the team against Stevenage.”
