Your help required to run classic event
The club’s Vintage Day event has captured the imagination in previous years – and we need your help to stage it successfully once again.
We specifically need people between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Sunday, 1 March, to help marshall the car park, including pointing classic car drivers in the right direction.

The car park will hum to the sound of V8 engines with classic 1950s style vehicles and motorbikes taking people back to days gone by.
The market hall (main bar) will be full of stalls selling men and women’s vintage clothes, vintage household items and much more.
The music room (back bar) will have a record stall, live music and DJs playing throughout the day to capture the mood for jive classes. In the beauty parlour (Presidents Lounge) there will be a hair and make-up salon and pop-up barbers shop to capture that vintage style. A photographer will be on hand to take some great pictures.
Outside the music room will be more stalls and Shakey’s Diner, a 1950s Airstream diner which serves homemade burgers and hot dogs.
Adults £7, £5 for classic car passengers and free for classic car drivers and Under-15s. All funds raised on the day will be donated to the club as it’s an event run by our commercial team as part of Kingsmeadow Live. Entry fees for the whole day are as follows:
