Watford & Millwall arrangements

AFC Wimbledon face two of Neal Ardley’s former clubs in their first two home pre-season friendlies.

This Saturday, Premier League Watford are the visitors to the Cherry Red Records Stadium (3pm kick-off) and then the following Saturday League One Millwall renew rivalries with the Dons (July 18, also 3pm kick-off).

Hornets new manager Quique Sanchez Flores has been busy making quality, new additions to his newly promoted squad ahead of a tough campaign. The Football Manager Cup will be up for grabs, with both sides sponsored by Sports Interactive.

Tickets are also on sale for the game against Millwall, under the guidance of Lions legend Neil Harris.

There are a few familiar names to Dons fans now responsible with bringing through new talent at Millwall. Academy Director Scott Fitzgerald has this summer been joined by Andy Frampton (Development Coach) and David Connolly (Under-18s Coach) and only yesterday Chris Perry was appointed Under-16s Coach.
