It’s been an encouraging season so far for AFC Wimbledon in the Final Third Development League and the young Dons will be aiming for another victory at home to Luton Town on Monday night (7.00 pm kick-off at Merstham FC).
Alan Reeves’ squad could move into second spot in the South Division, but it will be far from easy against a Luton side currently top of the table.
Dan Agyei (pictured) set Wimbledon on the road to an impressive victory against AFC Bournemouth last Tuesday as the Dons came from behind to triumph 3-1.
Several players have moved up to the first-team squad this season after impressing at development level and it has also offered Under-18s an opportunity to gain invaluable experience at a higher level.
Entry is just £5 for all spectators at Monday night’s match.
