From the West Surrey League to pro ranks
The rise of five AFC Wimbledon academy products from the same U-12s team to the professional ranks has earned headlines in a national newspaper.
The Independent featured an article titled “The Junior Dons who proved a class apart” with Glenn Moore interviewing Academy Head of Coaching Mark Robinson and Ben Harrison.
Mark Robinson talks about starting his role at the club 10 years ago, thanks to an invite from Callum’s father Tony, and learning coaching methods from Dario Gradi.
