Members can bring along their proxy voting forms to the Dons Trust kiosk before Saturday’s match against Barnet, or to the back bar after the match (open until 6pm).
Invitations to vote should have been received either by post or e-mail. Members have until 20 October to submit their proxy votes electronically or by mail, or they will otherwise need to attend the SGM in person on 22 October in order to vote on this important issue.
If you have not received your invitation to vote, then please contact secretary@thedonstrust.organd we can make alternative arrangements to send your voting invitation to you.
These will be sent out by early next week. Please note that a small number of proxy invitations remain to be sent out to those members who have joined or renewed their membership in recent weeks.
At tomorrow’s game, members of the “Back in Two Ticks” team will be wearing T-shirts bearing this key message. They will be collecting proxy forms from members and helping with any enquiries about how to complete the forms. Hard copies of the forms will also be available for those members who have not succeeded in downloading theirs.
