Book hospitality for Scunthorpe United home game
With our Italian themed menu having been so well received for the Crystal Palace match, we will be providing a similar service before Scunthorpe United on Tuesday 16 August.
As part of a two-course meal, supporters can choose from a selection of Italian pasta and risotto dishes with Tiramisu for dessert.
Judging by the comments below from Wimbledon supporters our Italian theme was certainly a big hit!
Mike Cole said: “Another great evening of hospitality with the Dons. Really tasty food from the new Italian chef with a tiramisu that couldn't have been bettered in the restaurants of Rome or Venice! I even managed to forget my diet and get a second portion!”
Philip Talbot added: “It was such a refreshing change to have Italian food and it was delicious – perfect for this time of year. Please congratulate our new chef and tell him I cannot wait to try some more of his pasta sauces! As for the dessert (he made it himself), it really was the best tiramisu I have ever tasted. Things are certainly looking up in the Carvery!”
Dons fans Andy O’Brien even commented: “I have decided to award the new chef a Michelin star as his food was superb. I can’t wait to see what is on offer at the Bolton game.”
